Each Eco cruise is conducted by Aaron who has personally conducted over 1800 cruises on the waters North of Port Augusta. 'Flinders & Outback Day Tours' together with 'Flinders & Outback Water Cruises' are both family businesses owned & operated by 4th generation locals Aaron & Christine Morgan. After operating tourism businesses in Port Augusta for 28 years we have refined our business into the ultimate tourism experience. Our tour business started 5 years ago with one small pontoon boat basically as a part time sightseeing cruise, we now conduct over 350 tours per year on both land & water & evolved into a multi award winning, fully accredited operation driven by passion & fuelled by an obsession of discovery! Aaron personally conducts all Eco Cruise's & Land Tours. Being a 4th generation local with an inherent fascination with the region you get unsurpassed first hand local knowledge. Growing up most of my spare time was spent was spent boating on the Spencer gulf or mustering & exploring the nearby Baxter ranges & outback areas. I was brought up in Port Augusta with both grand parents holding professional fishing licenses at times & having shacks, the water has always been a big part of my up bringing.

Declan & Zayne the next generation Captains! Our cruises started in early 2004 & has since completed over 1800 cruises. What started out as basically a sightseeing cruise out of Port Augusta has since evolved into a cruise giving unique perspective of the sights, history & ecology of this unique waterway. Our first vessel "Investigator" was a 6.4m Quintrex pontoon boat which served us well for just on 500 cruises. The knowledge gained from our first vessel allowed us to design our new vessel "DekyZayne". Which now allows us to do the cruise in complete comfort in all weather all year round.
