Outback Breakfast

Aged Free Range Spring Watered Saltbush Mutton.

Our sheep are exclusively hand selected exclusively on a 500km2 sheep station 50km to the North. Mutton provides a more intense flavour than lamb as it has had time to absorb the natural flavours of the native saltbush plains.

These sheep are free range grazing predominately on native Saltbush . This diet predominantly of native saltbush effectively flavours the meat naturally, giving a distinct flavour. The clean spring waters of the Flinders Ranges also help cleanse the Sheep.

On the breakfast menu we use loin chops & the sausages are a combination of beef & saltbush mutton.

Our saltbush mutton can also be purchased in vacuum packs for the BBQ.

Wild Peach Jam

This wild outback fruit is a favourite among Outback Australians.

We use Tullochs Bush Bakery in Copley 300km to our North which produces one of the finest examples of this fruits' jam.
